The
Ballad of Davy Crockett Record
In
the 1950's kids could order premiums featuring their favorite
characters usually by mailing a label plus 25˘ to the company.
This
was true with Walt Disney's "The Ballad of Davy
Crockett" and "Green Grow the Lilacs." All
it took was any part of a Peter Pan Peanut Butter label and
25˘.
Both
the record and mailing envelope are in near mint
condition. The only date I found was on the envelope and
it reads: LYRICS
