Oh,
wow! Do you remember school tablets featuring movie and television
stars on the front cover? This 7 1/2" by 9 3/4"
tablet is unused. The price of 10¢ is printed on the blue top
spine. The back is the traditional gray cardboard. The paper
is lined and the overall condition is near mint. I believe these
were made in the 1960's.

This
is an adorable vintage advertising premium from ESSO. The ABC rhymes
are way more sophisticated than "A is for Apple, B is for
Ball....". The first one says:
A
is for Apples - Asparagus, too -
Transported quickly and cheaply to you.
These are but two of the thousands of things
Your good friend, the Truck so conveniently brings.
The
book is in good condition and the illustrations are sure to delight
you.

Jell-O Ad
This adorable Jell-O
magazine ad is from the September 24, 1955 issue
of The Saturday Evening Post.
Would be a nostalgic addition to your 1950's
kitchen or a child's room. Even the poem is
charming.
There was an old woman who
lived in a shoe
Who had so many children, she knew what to
do!
She lined them all up for a penny-wise feast---
A huge bowl of Jell-O, and one spoon apiece.
The ad is in a
plastic bag with a cardboard backing. This did
create a glare on the picture.
